Rosemary had a good weekend. She played basketball at the park with us (which was apparently very funny, as she kept laughing hysterically as in the photo above), went to the library, did some shopping at Costco, and had her first sleepover!

It was a bit hard for me leave her (the house was SOOOO quiet), but I’m still trying to make sure she’ll be ok when we leave her with Grandma Jane and Grandpa Dan and go to the hospital to have baby number 2. They keep her so busy with fun activities, I’m pretty certain she doesn’t have time to miss us. She did great, except for waking up at the ripe hour of 5:30am to get Super Bowl Sunday started with them. Andrew and I spent our quiet Saturday night out watching the KU basketball game, eating dinner, and then watching Moneyball and going to bed far too late. It was a nice little break—a calm before the storm.
