We went to a Valentine’s Day party this morning. Rosemary basically just ran around crazily with other kids for an hour and a half and stuffed her face with fruit and chocolate-dipped rice krispy treats. She’s so good at playing with other kids. She holds back and watches a bit and isn’t pushy, even when bigger kids take her toys or get wild. She will kind of just work her way in and start playing. And occasionally yell “MAMA” and come find me to check in. It’s nice how independent she is in social situations, and how much she’s entertained by older/other kids. Oh, and she sort of looked chocolate-dipped herself, by the time we left.
