22 months is the perfect age for a Magna Doodle. Rosemary got this for Christmas, but wasn’t super interested in it until recently. Her drawing skills have improved dramatically lately, and she tries to copy what I’ve drawn or draw very specific things I say, like “bug.” She can draw a circular shape and line shapes, and I think she’s going to be right-handed.

One of her favorite things at the moment is bringing me the Magna Doodle and making me draw things for her. “Mama…Boat! Knee! Shoe! Ant! Elmo! Lowly!” I’m getting pretty skilled at some of her more frequent requests (and drawing them upside down so she can watch), as you can see.
