Are you watching the Olympics? We’re in the spirit here. Rosemary even got a little flag at gymnastics class that she’s been carrying around.

As a parent, it’s so hard to imagine what it would be like watching your child compete in the Olympics, isn’t it? Did you see the shots of Aly Raisman’s parents? Funny, but seriously gut-wrenching to be in their shoes.

Rosemary’s always been healthy, but I remember when she couldn’t hold her head up. When she was born, she was so small she had a hard time even sucking. Yet, yesterday I watched her do somersaults and hang like a bat from a parallel bar all on her own. So funny to think how far she has come, and imagine where she might go.
